Absolutely the best experience you can have waterproofing your basement. They were ontime, extremely professional, did a fantastic job plus extras and even cleaned up!!!!I spoke with several other basement waterproofing companies and I felt they were pushy. One company said you have to take care of water from the outside and only offered solutions on outside of basement. The other company wanted to just do the inside/ basement. Absolutely the best service you could ask for. We had heavy rains all day and I had water in my basement I emailed Carolyn Basement Technologies and to my surprise they emailed back within minutes they came out that same day did an inspection informed be of two options that would solve the problem they wrote me an estimate we agreed on it and they returned a few days later to do the job. Very professional crew they did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

They addressed the moisture problem in our crawlspace by installing 20mil barrier, incapsulating the space, installing a dehumidifier, and more, all at a fair price. Jeff and the team from Carolyn were phenomenal. They came out quickly to investigate some foundation issues we were experiencing and gave a very competitive proposal. Their bid came in at a very competitive price point, and included significantly more preventative measures than competing bids we evaluated.
They had a genuine interest in making sure the issues would not return, and thoroughly explained their decisions and reasoning. Once the project was approved, they were able to come out quickly to get started, were on time, and communicated well throughout the project.
After completion, they even took the time to collect photos of the installation throughout the crawlspace and send them to me for review and my records without it being requested.
They finished ahead of schedule and under budget. Highly recommended!

After 5 days of constant rain and crazy downpours, and even though they had a full schedule with other customers, they were able to provide us with the best quote and fit us in. Recently had some issues in our basement and decided to give this place a shot. Wasn't sure what to expect since we had no luck with the previous place we called however I do not regret the choice. Huge thank you to Jeff and his crew who did their job and more. We have three children, one with special needs, so our house is typically hectic and sometimes can be overwhelming. This did not phase Jeff crew when it came to doing their best on the job. They were EXTREMELY patient with us and made sure we were satisfied before they wrapped things up. In addition to their hard work and great attitude, they never fell off task, even with our kids being interested and asking frequent questions about what they were doing and why.
